Welcome to Pi-Space
This
is the Official Website of the Pi-Space Physics Theory created by
Martin Brady. The Theory has been created out of my interest
in Physics and my desire to Unify the Classical Physics formulas with
the Relativistic ones. I have a B.Sc. in Computer
Applications from Dublin City University and I have a keen interest in
Physics.
To create a Physics Theory where one attempts to Unify
Classical and Relativistic Physics, one must first research those who
came before us. What clues did they leave behind? What was their
psychological outlook. What were their challenges? Each has left a body
of work which has stood the test of time. Pi-Space goes right back to
the beginning of Physics and right up to the present day. It offers us
some perspective on the past and where we are now with Physics. To a
certain extent, Pi-Space reverse engineers Physics into a new notation
but does not invalidate what is there.
The work is mainly based on the work of
- Archimedes of Syracuse (Constant Pi and Associated Work)
- Galileo Galilei (Relativity)
- Johann Bernoulli (Hydrodynamica and Fluid Equations)
- Isaac Newton (Principia)
- Albert Einstein (Special and General Relativity)
- Erwin Schrödinger (QM Wave)
The work is also based on the work of
- Maxwell (Electromagnetism)
Plus Many Others... I have outlined the
contributions of the various individuals on my Physics
TimeLine Site.
A Fully Relativistic Notation
The Pi-Space notation is already relativistic and is not an
extra add-on. When one learns Pi-Space, one learns Relativity from
scratch. Pi-Space also offers one a way to examine and understand
existing Physics formulas in a fresh and new way without having to
throw them away. Additionally, Pi-Space shows one why the formulas work
the way they do. It brings together the Newtonian and
Einstein work quite nicely.
Getting Started
To get started, Pi-Space has several simple Theorems which someone new to the Theory must first learn. The first is The Square Rule and so on. Pi-Space also re-uses existing Theorems such as Pythagoras' Theorem and explains why it solves the way it does.
The reason why the Theory is called 'Pi-Space' is because it is based on the Constant Pi as defined by Archimedes and builds from there. Therefore, Pi-Space can be thought of as an Archimedean Theory. This theory is not related to String Theory, it builds from the Constant Pi and will show new notations how to model Force, Time, Distance, Speed and so forth.
To do this task, I will spend quite some time explaining existing Physics formulas and showing how we can represent concepts like Potential Energy, Kinetic Energy and so on using this alternative notation.
Once this is done, I will offer some new insight into what is there and how it can be enhanced using our enhanced understanding of Pi-Space.
